Singer was born on 26 November 1986, on the 26th of November, 1986 in Santa Monica California. She is the sole daughter of Vincenzo Barba. Six years ago, the family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey. In terms of her education, she attended Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey. After that, she went to Catholic University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in architecture. Also she started playing the violin at when she was four years old and was referred to as Violin Girl. The performances of her were the reason for being nicknamed Violin Girl. She gave violin lessons to children in the neighbourhood. When she was nineteen, she appeared on the sixth season of American Idol and sang the 1976 single Free. But she was ejected from the show following her achievement of 16th place. She has also performed several other songs like "The Christmas Song" (2009) and Out for Blood (2010).
